Safelite Customer Service Surveys

Does anyone know for sure if Safelite is sending out or contacting customers after a repair has been run through their "third party administrator" network whether it was a referal by Safelite to the job-shop or whether it was a job simply run through the network brought to the table by the job-shop? Thanks.

They have always done spot surveys.I would not worry about that long as you do what you are supposed to.I got the fax you are talking about as well and I throwed in the trash can.

Thanks for the response. I threw mine away, but was curious about this since we have not seen this. We do mainly fleet accounts and run into Safelite at times, but for the most part we have co-existed with customers. Thanks again.
