Went on a call today to fix someones windshield (three chips). When I was finsihing, the man's wife drove up and asked me to fix hers (two chips). When I made the call to the insurance company, they were unable to get an insurance rep as it was kind of late. I took the information on both vehicles and will try to call in again tomorrow. Question is should I call both in at one time or make two separate calls. Will they try to make one claim if I call both in at one time??

I don't know what they may TRY to do, but they can't treat it as one claim... it's two different vehicles, period. Obviously it's two separate instances of damage.
I would not worry about it. Just call them separate if you like, no biggie either way.

In my past experiences when its after hours or the computer is down ](*,) they will take the imformation on a note pad and will do it the next day. Dont count on it alway call back to follow up!!!
