I got a chance to ride with Chris AKA mafsu today. What a learning experience this was. The real sign of a pro is they make what they do look easy and that is just what Chris did.
I liked the fast and simple approach he has to getting the job done. His techniques worked without any problems that I could see. Using the probe and pre-feeding the break with resin most of the repair looked complete before he set the injector.
The repairs went fast and his day was done in 5 hours. I am sure it took him much longer cause I was there and he was telling me what was going on each step of the way. After watching him 5 or 6 times, he gave me the tools and said to give it a go. Knees a knocking and with his help I did my repair.

BTW with the winds howling and the chill factor at-100 lololol. we did survive, you can tell it has been a while since I have had to work outside. I know I am a wimp for now, but will toughen up as soon as I get back to sunny CA. :) :) :)

Chris, thanks a million

Congratulations Mark!

It's always so helpful to get to ride around with a pro like Mafsu. What can take people months and years to learn, you can learn in days!

Yeah, I'm sure you will be a real tough outdoorsmen type in that rough 70* every day climate! 8)

Don't forget sunscreen... you can tell it's summer by a wsr guy's farmer tan. :D

Chris was probably just playing it cool so he didn't look like a wimp in front of a socal boy... that's what I would do too.

Every sentence in this forum should end with a face. :o

Good to hear you got initiated rather than just watching all day, you gotta get some resin on your hands to really learn.. good luck with it... 8-[
