So tell us how much you want to charge the little guys to be in your network. Are you sharing the referral side along with the little guys as well. I am guessing you will also be mandating the repair price as well? If you are going to ask questions it would be appreciative if you would be considerate and answer them back when someone responds don't you think? Bring us up to date?

Go out and get your own work and customers! Never rely on someone else to bring work to you. You will only be disappointed in the end.
