Please help me identify what did this to my car.
It's stuck in the driveway and has been for months. Just really curious as to what did this to my windshield over night.. found no objects near or on car. I cannot sleep until I know what did this it's super irritating. :x

Seems like a perfect mixture of a bullet and a rock/ball.

I would say something large and blunt.

Large hammer, baseball bat and the suchlike. It is unlikely to be anything like a stone flicked up.

This looks like an impact from a golf ball. I broke a neighbors bedroom window when I was 12 years old playing with some golf equipment in the front yard. I had to shovel snow for a month to pay for that one. :geek:

Looks like someone is playing baseball near your car

Sorry to see and hear about your damage. Looking at the impact, it seems the projectile was travelling at a high velocity but was relatively small. If the your vehicle was parked in your driveway I would not rule out a pellet gun hit and judging by the damage, it may have hit then ricocheted over the top of your car to the rear.

In the training room we can only get damage like that using a large hammer or baseball bat. We use this method to create the baseball break for training purposes.
