I have an appointment with a Geico customer tomorrow. Two cars and both need repairs. I didn't find much in the forum searching under Geico. Do they direct bill or belong to a network. Any heads up before I embarrass myself tomorrow would be appreciated.
For those asking about truck lettering. I got pulled over today from a passing car wanting a repair. Easy money. Would not have gotten it without the lettering.

John, not sure I can help much but Geico is with SGC network and the network member agreement price is 49.95 for 1st repair, 10.00 additional chip. Make sure to get customer info- name, policy#, address, make- model- year- of vehicles and approx date of loss. Also not sure but customer should have a glass claims number on their insurance card. Might be easiest to have them contact and report claim to their agent first. SGC will probably try to steer your customer by saying that they won't guarantee your work. I would advise the customer before the call of this possibility. If your going to direct bill search the archieves for desertstars posts he's the guru of direct bills here. Also make absolutely sure you get the VIN number and customers signature on each invoice. Don't get flustered- you won't embarrass yourself-just explain that although you've done many repairs, this is your first with Geico. Just relax, have a pad and pencil ready and they should walk you through the billing procedures over the phone. Thats their job ! Good Luck. Bob

John, Its late and I'm tired but got to thinking, don't know if Geico even uses agents- but remembered this wealth of information here on the delta site- should have an 800 number your looking for. Make a copy and keep in your records, this info is priceless.

I did a SGC claim the other day and it went just fine. They did not try and steer the customer at all. I have signed up with them since, but haven't been confirmed. Things should go well. I have a long list of ins companies that were in the achives, but Geico was not listed as being with SGC, but the list was old. I will update my list. Thanks for the response.
