SGC online billing set-up

Has anyone recently set-up online billing through Safelite? I am new to this and have been scanning then emailing invoices it is time consuming but don't understand what invoice number and paid invoice means. I have tried calling them at number provided but it is literally closed all the time? I have only been open 1 week so have not received a payment from Safelite yet but have scanned and emailed well over 30 invoices to them. HELP
