safeway in mississippi
I repaired a windshield for a safeway customer this afternoon. I was not sure if they would pay for repairs but after calling the number on the back of her card I was informed that they pay for ws repair in MS . I was under the impression that they did not pay . IT wasn't much but luck would have it the lady had three chips. would any one like to comment .

Their rates are 35 10 10 . , ph 800-352-3089 fax601-936-6701 sounds like their regional office is in Jackson . I think thats your neck of the woods glass tek huh ?

Most of the glass Shops in my area are charging 25.00 a repair and one 20.00 if you bring it in. Novus charges 45.00 . cash . Some of these guys need their head x rayed
for cracks . I don't no about you guys but a gallon of milk is pushing$ 4.00 around here

misssissippi is the 3rd poorest state in the nation these guys charging these unheard of rates are trying to corner the market . well this is a small community and the guy charging $ 20 laid off one of his employees last monthThese guys are cutting there own throat.

Sounds like you have the same situation as we do here in the Pac NW. The glass installers are doing the "repairs" without charging nothing. They do shoddy work and when the shield cracks out who does the replacement?!! I've been making inroads to change this but it's an up hill battle. We are here to stay and they'll figure that out in time!!!!!!!!! In the mean time hang in there buddy!! We are, and we're not going away!!!!!!!
