Billing Sgc Via Internet

How many of you guys billing sgc on their web site .How does it work I use Glasscomp right now is one way better than the other.

Greetings Reggie,

I've used the SGC website to bill them directly. Once they've issued you a referral number, and you've done the repair. It's no sweat. It works well. Just make sure, that when you send them the info, that you have the exact VIN number, the make & model of the vehicle that you worked on.

Inasmuch as I do not care for glass networking, I must admit that this is one area where SGC has made the billing alot easier.

Remember too, that you have to register with them, and acquire a "Shop Number".

I too bill SGC online and its the best thing since sliced bread. imo its the only thing SGC does to make our job easier. it walks you through the process and will tell you if you mess up so its ALMOST idiot proof. I use glasscomp for lynx only because Lynx doesnt online bill. If they did I would be doing it that way to save money. If you need help ith it let me know and Ill walk you through it.

I am very pleased with the Safelite billing via internet.As A1 mentioned, make sure you have the exact VIN,or at least the exact VIN safelite has on record.The other day mine was kicked back because of an "incorrect" VIN.I rechecked and re-entered, kicked back again.I called safelite, the rep gave me the VIN he had on file. The VIN I got off of the panel was quite different from what he quoted, and I told him his was'nt the same as the one I got( I even called the owner to verify).I resubmitted using the VIN from the rep and it was immediately processed.This was the only time I've ever had to call safelite regarding an internet invoice.

So in esence after the sign up is complete on their web site , all I have to do is call as usuall the # on the ins call get the referal # then follow the steps on the sgc website no invoicing needed, correct ?

No paper invoicing. Exactly!

You still have to have the customer's signature on file, at least the online invoicing asks if you have it. I fill out a three part invoice as usual.A copy stays with the customer, and I file the other two, along with the faxed work order from safelite.I log on to sgcnetwork.com and fill out the invoice online, click submit and I'm done.

I went fishing in Lake Feriday( correct?) in Natchez a few years ago. 4 of us caught around 700 bream in a couple days there.Had a great time!

I think your refering to lake concordia great lake but the monster white perch or (crappie) are spawning as we speak . 3 pounds is what I"ve been hearing . I know the spots. I say lets work 2 days and fish 5!!!!!
