Very good Frank, if your printer has the capability, you may want to include a before and after photo, some people are visual and need to see something.

Great letter. I do have one critique. Instead of "Please give me a call so that we can set up a time that would be convenient for you to have a repair done. ". Why not "I will be in your area on Thursday the 14th, and will stop in to take care of any repairs you need done. If you have any questions or another appointment time would be more convenient please call me at XXX-XXXX.".
This would give them a specific date by which they can check their vehicles for damage and/or check with their insurance companies. Keeps people from putting it off and never calling you back if they know you will be there on a certain date.

Thats a good idea MAFSU. I will consider it. What I forgot to put in the post is that I will be doing a follow up call the next day. So I really only put that line in there incase someone wanted to call me before I could do a follow up.
