Sorry Admin. I Hate to start a new thread on subject matter that has probably been discussed before, but I havn't really found anything in the archives that answer my questions.
I am new to the business and am trying to get things dialed in. There are a couple of elements that I havn't quite figured out just yet.
1. Does anybody have a sample contract they have used for tent locations?
2. Does anybody have some kind of list as to which insurance companies accept direct billing without going through the networks?
I would be most appreciative. Anyone willing to share this information can send it on over to cochetopa@comcast.net.
Thanks guys

Contracts and Billing
Re: Contracts and Billing
I have sent you a list with numbers that has been passed around on here some time ago. Maybe this will help. There may be a more updated list posted as well.Good luck.
Re: Contracts and Billing
I got the list Greg, thank you very much. It looks like a 2002 list so I'm sure some of the info. is no longer valid, but it sure is a place to start. Based on what I saw, looks like there are several companies that still accept direct billing.
I'm still trying to figure out this whole insurance billing issue. I'm sure once I get rolling, it'll be relatively simple, but the learning curve at the front end seems pretty steep.
So lemme see if I got this roughly correct. If you get a customer with one of these smaller companies that accept direct billing, you simply call the number, give them your customer info., get a claim number, do the repair and fax them your invoice?
And if you get a customer that belongs to a major carrier that works through one of the networks, do you still call that insurance carrier first, or do you directly call the network?
