fraudulent claim

Post by Zach's Glass »

i have a question. If your glass co. is set up with lynxs and safelight and you sub out wsr thru a lube joint, and the lube joint bills lynxs using the glass co invoices, is that not a breech of contract? the guy at the lube joint was given a 10 min show on how to repair rock chips. when people get their oil change and the have a rock chip repaired, they fix it and they bill out thru glass co. this paticular glass co was sold and the former owner had moved on. the new owner has a dry cleaning busniess with no experiance in wsr. is this not fraud? and should lynxs and safe light be notified? thanks

If he purchased the corporate entity and not just the assets then it is not illegal. Anyone can buy a company, they don't need exp to buy it. The contract with many insurance companies doens't even require exp in the biz at all... some do though. But the exp is company exp not personal.
