State Farm Direct Billing

1) If my customer were to pay me cash and then submit their invoice to State Farm's Glass Central Unit in Bloomington, Illinois, would Glass Central reimbusre them?
2) If so, would State Farm be required to reimburse my cash price of $55/10/10?

I do this often they call thier agent tell him they had a repair done and in the case where the repair has already been done they send it to the agent instead of national. I have given reciepts as high as $65 for the first repair and they paid the customer
