My summer survival kit is as follows:
1. Gatorade
2. 5 gallon water jug
3. Light clothing
4. Sunblock
5. Find a shady spot to park cars if possible
6. Get one of these: http://www.automobrella.com
Our summers last about 7 months of 90 + every day, you just get used to it. It also helps to have a 15x30 pool in the yard and never more than 10 miles from the beach.

Actually, when it's really hot..... I fill a spray bottle with ice cold water and utilize it during the day. You won't believe how well this works until you try it! I started doing this at all my racing events in the summer. Try it....you"ll like it!
