Hey I was wondering if anyone had any info regarding the easiest way to begin hiring employees. Like regarding insurance for employees- benefits, health insurance. Anyone have a one step, two step, easy way into this? Just to see if their is a good ins/ health/ benefit plan out their.

You might want to take a look at http://www.nase.org . NASE stands for the National Association for the Self Employed. It might be worth a look for you. They have both health insurance and health discounted plans to fit your budget. Plus a lot of other benifits you might be interested in. Hope this helps.

Yeah....and what's your point? You can still obtain health benifits for your employees whether they are 1099'd or W2'd. Plus it's a great tax right off.

Tax write off yes, but it's still cash out of your pocket no matter how you look at it. How many repairs are you doing a day? How many will your employee be able to do a day.
