Two years and counting

It is now two years since I bought my first kit and then duct taped a banner on the side of my truck to begin a WSR adventure!

We are in the top 3 WSR businesses in our city and the only one in the top 3 NOT doing replacements. We are able to do chips with a very fast response time but the negative is a bit of a bigger wave in the ups and downs of work coming in.

I think we have a good bead on what is needed to grow the sucess of this operation and hopfully a bit more volume will come in through time.
A big asset so far has been Delta's bulk sale of bits, seals and resin. No need to order stuff every couple of weeks.
