Invoice Design/Waiver

Hey everybody...

I am currently redesigning my invoice for WSR and Replacement. Just a few qs for all you experts out there:

I have included a windshield design including type of repair and replacement details ...any new designs out there?

Does anyone have any info relating to the waiver? I have included that there is a workmanship lifetime guarantee... that the repair/replacement will be covered as long as it is owned by the same person who got the repair etc .. however I have noted that in the US a waiver is included to incorporate that any repair that goes into a crack or something to that effect, is not covered and also that if this 'problem' arises that a refund will not be given or that this happens in 0.01% or it is extremely rare. Wouldnt this scare customers away as in Canada everyone bands about 'lifetime guarantee' and I have rarely seen this included in an invoice here. What has your experience been like? What should be included?

If you do repair and replacements, you could ad something like, If the repair is to ever fail we will credit the amount of the origional invoice towards a w/s replacement. This way you keep the money. Also you need something about insurance and dealer/fleet services like, I understand that any amount not covered or payed by my fleet dealer or ins. co. will be billed to me, and I am personally responsible for the full bill until payment has been collected. Just a few ideas...
