It looks like State Farm is in the process of reversing their decision from what I have seen.

I don't think they're "reversing" it yet...They're bumping the date back in Colorado, and haven't yet said if they're bumping the date back in the other 6 or so states.

From what i've seen anyway.

The information about Colorado being bumped back came from State Farm. They are bumping the start date back to June of next year. No word on the other 6 states.
