wsr referels in exchange for replacement

New to wsr. Ordered some invoices yesterday along with business cards. Getting kind of nervous about trying to find business but at the same time really excited, going to do this part time. My question is does any one who just does wsr have a company they can call for windshield replacement that gives them either a good price or referals for wsr in exchange for referels for replacements.

I do. I pay him 10$ for every person he sends my way and he pays me 10$ for the same. Works out great. some people on here may tell you $10 is wayyyy too much to pay somebody for a referal but you know what? I could have the job and get $40 or not have it and get $0. common sense right? you would think so!

I worked out a deal with a replacement shop for every referral I send them for a replacement they pay me $20.00 each. This arrangement works out well for me because I get a lot of calls for replacements even though I'am a repair only shop.

what is the best way to approach the replacement shops?

my advice would be to target independant shops that don't offer repairs let them know you are repair only and have no interest in replacement. I think you will find most of them receptive to your offer. they will be very thankful for the extra business and the added source of income will be worth your time.

Wow... that is not alot... I usually get at least a $50 cut minimum for a referral for a replacement... so whenever the autoglass installer used to say $130 I would say $180 to the customer... maybe its regulated in the USA thats why?
