Lynx And Matrix

Has anyone come across the Lynx and Matryx new thing that they have going? Matrix is now doubling check that all shops that are on the approved list have a real address and insurance info., as well as that the agreement is sign properly. If anything is a miss they are taking you off of Lynx's approved list and telling your customer that they must pay for the repair up front and wait for a check????? IF this has happend to you please let me know
