i am new to this site and i am surprised at the attitude of some of
techs answer to compitition!! wr is the biggest money saver for the
consumer. have you seen people running to body shops for a ding in the door or replace the seat for a burn hole or have it recovered. no!!
it costs hundreds of dollars and they will live with it until they sell the car
but if there's a star in the window and it cracks they have to replace it
to pass inspection
Have you had a service come to the house it costs big!!
why should we sell ourselves short !!

One must do what is needed to get your foot in the door also many fleet accounts are price driven and if you want the buisness "ya gotta do what ya gotta do" but I do agree with the hold your price if possible rule but realisticly it cant always be done.
