Feel free to use any elements off of my site, it's repair only and only in french, but concepts and idea's are not limited to language barriers.

You can use anything from my site. It's a work in progress. Merry Christmas to all. Bryan

Hey Stresslessone,

Your work in progress on your website seems to be almost entirely copied (word for word) from my website www.glassjockey.com which I spent alot of time writing myself.

In your post you seem to be giving the authorization for other people to copy anything from your website, which is fine, except for one small thing... I wrote it (not you), and you have not asked me if it was ok to use - let alone copy the whole text content word for word.

Copying a few sentences or even a few paragraphs might be one thing, but copying ALL of my writing is just not acceptable.

You need to make some major changes in the text content on your site and stop giving the impression that it is your own work which you are telling people they can copy.

You should consider an entire re-write of your website, or should I say first-write. Put some of your own thought and effort into writing it. You will probably like it much better that way anyway.

Merry Christmas

I am sorry for using your items to explain what I do to my visitors. I will gladly remove any and all copywritten material from my site. I thought we were able to share here, but for those of you who read this please ask ALL other site owners if they own these words, and if you may use them. I will change my site this week and try not to use any words, picts, comments, themes, ideas, and general information used, thought of, dreamed of, or otherwise already seen on the world wide web. I do respect your work and your site, so I will remove all aspects of your site from mine. Thank you for your concern, oh and you can use private message on here, but I guess you had to call me out. I never have and probably never will be a website guru but I will always try to abide by the law. Merry Christmas to all. Bryan

Stresslessone,

Bryan, You do have a very good point, I should have sent you a private message on this rather than a public post. I guess that at that moment I was a little warm around the collar.

You are right, this message board is about sharing ideas. You and everyone who wants to can use "elements" from my site but don't use all of what I wrote word for word. Just throw in a good mix of your own words to make it your own.

Before I wrote my content I surfed around other sites to get some ideas and spark some imagination. I know writing isn't always the easiest thing to do. Sometimes it takes me numerous attempts at writing something before it even starts making sense.

If I came off sounding like a grinch - i'm sorry. I'm over it. Its Christamas!!!

I hope everyone is having a great Christamas.

After looking at both sites I really can't see where one is copied word for word from the other site. Sure, there are statements that are similar in content but those contents are widely known in the repair business and should be included in anyones site.
I don't have the computer mentality to put both sites side by side to compare so I may be wrong?
