Hey Jeff

Check if your local high school has an automotive program. If they do, I'm sure they would have an old car you could practice on. Then maybe you can do something for the school, win/win

I had a piece of flat laminate at the house and I tried to create damage similar to what I couldn't repair the other day. I know it would be best on a windshield but don't have one of those right now LOL. Anyway I create one very similar. I did what everyone said and popped a bullseye between the two stars and it worked freakin great. Took a while to fill but ended up very very nice I think. Hopefully I can do the same on a shield. Thank you everyone that helped and this board is great.
