living in a tropical place
again is me.
i live in a tropical island name san juan puerto rico and i been reading in here that the best temp.to perform a repair is in temperture of 70 to 90 degrees, is that is correct can i perform a repair outside or should i do the repair in the garage or in a place where the sun not affect the repair.

Since it's cold and snowing where I am at, how about you let me come down there and work with you? 
Outside is fine, even in hot weather. Just make sure the glass is not too hot to put your arm on it. You may need to get the car out of the sun to make things easier, and get the best results.

...cool with water
Or whatever it takes to get the glass temp. down to the ambient "air" temp.
