Was this a verbal or written and signed non compete agreement? Most companies will not go after the employee per se but will choose to send cease and decist letters to the business that you are getting the work from. This is a little different now. The letter from a lawyer will explain that the person doing the work did sign a no compete and ask the business if they were aware of this. This letter is usually all it takes. This has been my experience anyways.

i signed the agreement , the biggest problem i see with it is that they never told me of it before they offered me the job, they handed it to me on my first day of work and said every employee had to sign it. i later found out one of my fellow employees actually owns his own glass replacement business and buys glass from the company we work for, the company knew before they hired him and allowed it as long as he doesn't advertise publicly. he never had to sign the agreement. i wouldn't have a real problem with it except they've sent me to work in every part of my state thereby closing off the whole state for me for a year after i leave. i'm going to have a lawyer look it over but to be honest as much as it bugs me i signed my name and i take giving my word very seriously.

Bill
I have been in the scratch removal business for about 8 years and love the principal of the GW system. For some reason everyone gets hung up on the price, I guess because of what you get in material. It has paid for itself ten time over for me in a untaped market. There is a new system on the market out of Canada. The guy really knows his stuff and his name is Yvan. I beleive his web site is http://www.glassgraffittieraser.com. I am trying his paste this week.
Thanks Gbrad

I beleive so. Do you have a web site or a contact number. I would love to speak with you just about general scratch removal issues. There are not many of us, lets talk.
