Public liability insurance

Can any of the UK repairers tell me where I can obtain public liability insurance for a glass repairer. I've tried several companies who have refused to quote for cover. Ironic considering they promote repair:confused: .

I to am looking for insurance but in the London Ontario area. So far i'm getting quotes around $1000 which to me is to high
