I contacted Lynx about State Farm, here is there reply:
On Feb. 15, 2006, SF faxed an announcement to all participant shops the waiver of deductible for repairs effective 3/1/06 in the states of Indiana, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota and Ohio.
If you have any further questions, you will need to contact State Farm at 309-766-6000.
Thank you,
Participant Management
Since I'd never received the fax, I contacted State Farm to get a copy. I was told that a third party company sends them out and they would fax me a copy if they could find one. They said all policyholders were notified by mail Sept. '05 regarding the change, and the only repairs that didn't have the deductible waived were those occuring before 3/1/06.

Re: State Farm Policy Endorsement 6127
I received a call from a S.F. lawyer day before yesterday.
It had come to their attention I used their name on my web site with out permission.
First of all I was thinking of a copy of their announcnemt as of first of the year concerning the 10 states and D.C.
"Remove all mention of State Farm"
I aked about Colorado as we are headed there, he said it is now 31 states. I asked which states?
"The policy holders know" was the answer.
Lousiana customers told me several months ago they had to pay.
