regular resin/crack resin

Post by markclark00 »

whats the difference in resins? I tried some regular resin on a crack on an old test windshield. It eliminated the crack probably about 80%.
Does crack resin improve the outcome of crack repairs?
thanks

I have found a good combination of delta injector with the magna bond resin using the delta preferred method of crack repair. I suggest following your equipment manufacturer's recommendations on crack repair. I suspect they all have done extensive testing to find out what works best with their equipment, therefore saying us time and money re-inventing the wheel.

Good luck finding the success your looking for!

Rather than try to explain Delta's crack repair method here on the forum, I invite you to attend one of our "free" training classes. If that is not an option, give us a call and we will be happy to walk you through the process. I think it is important that you have the opportunity to ask questions. Delta Kits Technical Support: 800-548-8332 x203.

Dial 203 immediatly after the auto attendant picks up and you will be immediatly transferred to the 1st available technical support specialist.

Delta Kits offers free training in Eugene Oregon each month. Several paid training classes are held throughout the year in different parts of the world, but unfortunately we do not have anything scheduled in the Southern Ontario region in the near future.

Check the DKI website every couple of months for updated training schedules. I can't promise, but we may hold a training class in your area towards the end of the year.
