Hello,, I am getting all info on setting up a tent in my area and it is becoming much more a pain than I thought LOL. First I need written ok from business owner, in two of the permits(transient, hawkers and peddlers) if I decide I would need to have a hearing with the township,I would need a surety bond for $500.00, and oked by building zoner or something like that plus $10.00 a day, $50.00 a week or $100.00 month. Now I know why no one is setting up tents in my area LOL I guess it would be possible to make a killing if I can work it out. What is the purpose of being bonded if I am insured for 1 MIL already?
Not bonded here, we do the pop up thing with no issues.
My best mentor one said " be fair with your priceing but never too low, be honest with your customer/competition, when the day is done be sure you have done "good works", and always leave something of value on the barganing table!!

To be legal here I am required to be bonded. It just seems like a pain in the butt to get bonded LOL. I may look in areas outsided my local county to see what they are like.
