Does Harmon cover across the states? East Coast? West Coast? I remember getting a fax or email stating that Harmon would be picking up I think State Farm or maybe it was Farmers????? Anyway we have tried contacting Harmon a couple of times to get signed up as a provider but no luck.....keep getting transferred around like nobody knows anything........

Anybody have experience with them????

They do administer for insurance companies here on the east coast, at least in my area. I have found them to be easy to deal with from sign up(I negotiated my rate also) to invoice payment(usually about 1 month). They are always easy to reach for me so I am not sure why you are having so much trouble. Ask for vendor relations when you call again. Good luck.

I've been trying to get signed up for 2 weeks. They've been having trouble faxing me an agreement. I use an e-fax service and their "faxes" are coming across as "wav" files (voice ) instead of "tif" files. I called them again today and no one has returned my call.
