Insurance Rate Increase

has anyone heard from a customer that their insurance rate was raised due to a claim for windshield repair?

just once and i did 2 repairs in one week on her car..i usually tell customers to ask ins when they call in if rates will be effected if they do repair..gives everybody peace of mind about submitting claim
