Re: How lomg can it be
I have fixed my son's dodge dakota from side to side before he traded.
Re: How lomg can it be
Even more important than the crack's lenght is the age of the crack. If it's a fresh crack that's been spreading fast (maybe on a hot day) you can sometimes get great results even if it's very long. But if the crack is contaminated w. moisture and\or dirt even a small crack will look bad after the repair.

The cracks gotta be fresh or the finished work looks bad.Still trying to find a way to flush the dirt out of a crack but no luck thus far.Any body got any ideas that work for them??
Re: How lomg can it be
I used to use compressed air, but I'm not sure if it worked or not since the cracks might have filled the same without it.

Novus had a crack cleaning system out in 1988. It was a very long job to do and personaly I would rather educate the customer into getting the job done quicker. Make them pay for a replacement evry once in a while. With fleet and trade customers if they do not buy a screen every so often , they start to think of you as an expense rather than a saving.
33,000 + screen repairs over 18 years and still learning.
