Is it smart to try to start repairing chips in the fall/winter? I am worried that this might be a slow time to start and I should wait till it warms up again. I am in KY by the way.
Does windshield repair really have a "season"?

Starting a business in the fall....
Re: Starting a business in the fall....
I would like to see what other members have to say about this, but ss for me I am just now getting started myself. I am in northern Ca and I feel that the business is there if you go and get it, no matter what the season. Although take this with a grain of salt since I am new and have not gone through this before. It's my first rodeo but I can tell you that being in sales for 12 years now, be yourself, and go out and get business and tell everyone you know and come in contact with what you do, and give them some business cards. It has always worked well for me. Sure the weather and elements might slow you down or make you not want to work as hard, but repairs are still needed and new damage occurs every day, even in the cold months, maybe more so in cold months depending on where you are located. Best of luck..
