I normally don't watch too much tv, but darn if I didn't get hooked on CSI.
I think Delta Kits should look into getting some UV curing lights like whats used on CSI. Those UV lights look like they could probably cure resin in about 2-seconds.

We've tested lights that can cure resin in under 5 seconds.
Trouble is, they take 5-10 minutes to warm up, but once they do...ZAP!

Jeff,
Are they a user friendly size?
Are they 12volt capable?
What is the price point?
Would there be any negative or positive impact on the resin from such a quick cure time?
I would not have a problem with a 10 min warm up. Just warm it up during the filling portion of the repair.

Price point? At this point, with the volume, probably a grand or more. They are battery operated, weigh about 10 pounds (if I recall correctly).
While it's warming though, you gotta keep it covered or you'll get a nice tan.
If you're actually interested, let me know and i'll get you the info on them.
