We were turned onto Queensboro by another forum member and have had very good experience with them. They have a free logo setup up to I believe 13000 stitch count. They have various levels of quality as well. They are always running specials at great prices but make sure you get what you want immediately, becuase they sell out of the popular sizes quick. They also have great customer support. We are very happy with them.
