another newb question

I started a auto repair/replacment business. I've never been in the business but my brother has been installing for over 11 years, he never learned any other part of the business. I registered with lynx but sgc won't respond back to me. SO MY QUESTION IS DOES ANYBODY HAVE A PHONE # FOR SGC NETWORK? ANOTHER QUESTION IS WHEN YOU DO A CLAIM FOR A INSURACE COMPANY THAT GOES THROUGH SGC DO YOU HAVE TO CONTACT SGC FOR APPROVAL OR DO YOU CONTACT THE POLICY HOLDERS INSURACE COMPANY DIRECTLY? I have a few family and friends that want their window done but they are all through SGC and I'm not sure how to get a authorisation #.. I do apprieciate any and all help...

Hey NewB, Auto glassrich here,, The best thing you can do with SGC is sign up online. Then you can get all the ref. # faxed to you, almost auto! once you complete the registration process, and the customer has to initiate the claim in most cases, also, when you get set up with them,, they actually send an EFT to my bank and tell me that they did and for what invoice(S) Hope this helps, Good luck and make sure you do good work!!
