WR Biz Start-up Journal

Post by CrackFixKY »

I am just starting to venture down the path to starting my WR biz, so I am considering starting a thread that I will keep posting to describing my steps of starting it up. I thought this might be helpful to those considering starting out. What do you all think?

Writing things down will always refresh your memory and when things get rough go back read them and remind yourself what you did to have a good day. When I sold cars I carried my big commision vouchers in my pocket during a dry spell would pull em out and remind myself that just cause your only shooting ducks right now there are elephants out there so keep hunting whatever helps keep you motivated and learning cant be bad

Well I wasnt really going to do it for my benefit, but more so for everyone elses. The blog is a good idea if people would read it. But since I am not "successful" yet I don't know....

You will do fine if you just read a lot on here thats for sure. Don't do what I did and wait 2.5 years for customers to come to you because they won't LOL you gotta go get em.

CrackFixKy,

I like your idea of starting a journal. Whether you post it as you go, or you compile it and release it sometime down the road... either way I think its a good idea. A lot of people (including me) love to read about people who are successful who started small and became a great success. It would be an interesting read.

I'll bet your family may appreciate it years down the road too. To be able to read about how you started out and the ups and downs you endured along the way.

Wheather you write it for this forum, or on a blog, or just as a personal diary, Its a good idea... Write it! There is more than one reason to write it... so Write it!

Good Luck, Happy repairing, and maybe see you at the book signing?
