I still cannot get my head around this, if the injector chamber and the chip are one which they are when sealed together and you pull a vacuum then surely the area is vacated. Once you have pulled the vacuum surely there is not a device that keeps on decreasing pressure or am I missing something. Once something is in a vacuum state then I think no more can be removed?
Have you tried using shorter and more frequent pressure and vacuum cycles?

I am not trying to make this a post with any bad feeling. I am just struggling to understand your procedure and the reasoning behind it.

When auto A/C work is done, before freon is replaced a vacuum must be put on the system. when the lines are hooked-up and the vac pump is turned on it is not instantly under a complete vacuum. Same with a WS repair, just a smaller scale. "I am not trying to make this a post with any bad feeling. I am just struggling to understand your procedure and the reasoning behind it."

With my vacuum pump it is up to full vacuum with a couple of pumps due to the fact that there is very little air to remove, hence the space is vacated in a very short time couple of seconds max.
With the aircon system it is a much larger area to empty and the pump will only remove a small amount of air or gas each stroke that is why it takes time to come up to max vacuum. Try blocking the end of your vacuum pump, so that you are just vacating the end of the pump and you will see that max vacuum is pulled very quickly.

One other thing I noticed when i was practicing. After I fill and polish my bits, they look grey. It is almost as if I put grey spakling or something in it. I know it won't be exactly clear but I dont think it is right....

What capping and polish are you using? Might be time to try a different product!

I am using Delta kit pit polish and filler. Through the training I heard there was supposed to be a "hump" of resin. whenever I put the pit resin on it always goes flat, i never see a hump. Am i not using enough?

I would call Delta Monday. Could be contaminated or something other. Whatever the reason is I'm sure they'd be willing to help.
