To a couple of customers I give the hole package, paint, trim, pdr and windshield repair.

To everyone else it is just Windshield repair and PD. I also have an interest in a window tiniting company, although I do not do any of this work myself. On top of this I take time out each month to train people and sell complete business start up packages for windscreen repair.

Thank you for your message, car lots are smaller in the Uk so you have to offer more to the car dealer. A change of subject can you advise me on your buisness in the UK do you carry Liability Insurance or Garage Keeper Insurance and how much ??-Regarding VAT is that just paid on your product when buying it ,or do you add it on your bill when submiting the bill-- And last question regarding Insurance work do have to be regesterd in the Uk to get direct payment --I am thinking of coming home to Work in Ireland and the Nth Ireland to do Windscreen Repair plus a add on

VAT is paid on purchases and you add it on to the end bill. Not a problem if the customer is VAT registered as they get it back. The insurance thing is another matter the companies are hitting back after to many claims and are making it harder for the independents, there is no way to register with most of them. Find somewhere nice and sunny to work. It has rained over here most days for the last 5 weeks.
