I know this is a delta site but does anyone know if the glass mechanix vacuum set is any good. I started a w/s replacment business but I'm thinking the repair is better due to the liability of damage that can be done with a replacement. I want to see if I could get some advice on what I should buy, don't want to buy just a started kit, looking for something that has everything I'll need in the field.. Thanks for your HELP.

what I mean is I need to buy a w/s repair kit, and the one I found is the Glass Mechanix, I would like to know it the make a good kit, and also would like to know what people recommend as far as a repair kit....

Save yourself some headache and buy the GlasWeld system w/dual pro vac 2000 injectors, and a Pro-Cur light, the only light made just for windshield repair. Yes, I will have to say they are strong on marketing, and high on price but you get what you pay for and they have the info to back it up! They also have a great training course, and support to boot. I would take a serious look at GlasWeld for W/S Repair Equipment, I Have! Don't cry about price b/c its an investment that will pay for itself, scared money ain't never made any money.

have you ever heard of or had any problems with any aspect of the
glassweld system? how would you compare it with any of the other
successfull company's equipment out there? and what are the differences
between them? ive heard a lot about glasswelds' equipment just want to know if its true, compared to other companys.

i wanted to know what other equipment he has used to compare
in other words chances are he hasnt. thats was my whole point.
on the other hand, ncglastech its nice to be proud of what youre using althought , people starting out should explore and do a little more research before paying a ton of money on certain equipment.

Ncglastech, You might as well put that dog back in the truck 'cause he (Glasweld) a'int gonna be able to hunt these woods (deltakits fourm). You will always be critizied on price and and equipment operation here. Good try though.
