Re: resin?
Are they prepared to send you a free sample, that is normaly a good clue in our trade. If they are not then it is only $45 thats only one repair, if you do let us know. As for me its Delta all the way for every damage in all weather conditions.
33,000 + screen repairs over 18 years and still learning.

Re: resin?
Please email me personally about how to put 35 cents worth of resin into every job and average $55 per repair - hot or cold.
Does your resin bond to the pvb? If not, you're fielding unnecessary callbacks.

Re: resin?
I am gonna order some delta premium bond. I hear good things about it here so it must be pretty good.

Re: resin?
Tooldini,
Did you see the specs I posted for a few of the DK resins in the "Old pits falling out" thread? They should give you a baseline to start with if you are comparing resins but you should call DK for your specific needs. I have used the Premium Bond, Magana Bond and Pit filler with confidence for years.
Curious,
What are you using now?
What is it that has you doubting your current resin?

Re: resin?
Currently I use Glas-weld resin and it seems great but I only have so much to spend and for almost half the price I can get some delta resin to try. I just can't seem to figure out how to order just one bottle of premium bond. I have been in court all day for 2 days now so haven't been able to call,, just try to order online at night.

Re: resin?
Hmmmmmm got me wondering if I should get a sample of some of these D.K.resins to compare with the poly lite and glasspro resins that I use now.Specificly clarity in cracks and eas of flow in repairs.Jeff could you guys send me a sample of your crack resin as well as your star stuff??As for pit resin I am quite happy with the Liquid Resins super hard stuff that I use now.
thanks - Paul
Oh and you should have my stuff on file and still current. Also that little bridge light looks pretty cool.I might just have to pick one up from you guys in the near future.

Re: resin?
Everyone should get samples of Delta's resins. You should get samples of resins from as many different sources as you can find. You might be amazed at the difference. I was very surprised that the resins I used to be satisfied with paled in comparison to some of the resins I tried. Most companies will send you free samples.
