Credit Requirements for using Insurance processing services

Post by harrellbenjamin »

I have been in business for approximatly 6 months and have built a part time business on hard work, cash customers ,used / new car lots and fleets to a viable potentially full time business.I have past credit problems due to market downturns in my old line of work as well as a messy divorce that wrecked my credit. What kind of reception can I expect when I try to sign up with insurance claims services such as lynx ect, edirectglass, safelite ??Or am I S.O.L.??? Need real advice not moral remarks as I already know the situation I created.Any suggestions or advice??If I set up under business name and Business ID # will this help?.I cant be the only one out there thats had a problem.I havent tried to set up yet and need to know the best path.I Love this business and have trained hard and use the best equipment available(DELTA) and know I can do well without Insurance business but feel its part of the total potential of this business. Thanks in advance for any guidance.:eusa_wall

Ben,
From my experience when I signed up with the insurance networks there was nothing to be concerned about with credit issues.
The biggest thing I found that was a must was having liability insurance.
Iam sure there should not be any issues to be concerned about.

There are no credit requirements for lynx or edirect glass. You will just have to have insurance.

Credit is not important Im a guy who in sept 2003 lost a child and 15 days later had my home burn to a total loss trust me I know about how traumatic events can effect ones credit rating. Nothing that cant be fixed over time and once you start making 80k a yr they seam to forget any credit rating burp you may have incurred. as far as the insurance companies they dont care what kind of credit history you have you not borrowing money from them. The billing process can be a pain I would sign up with a service like ACT to get started in the insurance billing they do all the work for a small fee ive used them for several years with no complaint
