I just want to make sure, is State Farm the only company that is not waiving the deductible?

Actually, if your in Texas, Mercury Ins does not waive. I hear they didn't waive prior the State farms change of policy.
My best mentor one said " be fair with your priceing but never too low, be honest with your customer/competition, when the day is done be sure you have done "good works", and always leave something of value on the barganing table!!

Well Actually there are many companies out there that do not waive deductibles for repair. Maybe 60 companies or so. Mercury, wawanessa, state farm, and others of course. Autoglass Claims has a list(Non-Waiving Co list) they give there customers, maybe try and get that list from someone who uses ACT.
