0-34 repairs per month is $19.95 + $39/yr support.

The paperwork packet includes all information required to get set up through Lynx & SGC.

explain yourself a little better...when lynx or any of them call they have customer on line and will bring customer on line so you can talk to them to schedule apptments..and get directions..your secratary going to do that??..and if customer wants job done today are you available? they might not want to wait until saturday...many new guys just don't understand whats involved when you sign up....some guys are not able to answer the phone and their wife works..so when they call and you don't answer it goes to next in line..you lose customer

ahh ok!!

this clears that up. ..
thanks

and yes i am one of those noobs, i have no clue what steps are takin, in getting a job through the networks i was assuming that it was gonna go through Electronically.
this just mean i'll have to clue in the receptionist alot more like that whats the schedule like for the day etc etc...

thanks for the info though. . but like stated i really just wanted to be able to bill the insurance. as for right know i bill customers directly, but as an added convience to my customers. i want to take care of the paper work for them.

well if your going to have a third party like you receptionist you had better sit down with her and explain what she needs to say to customer..she should also prequalify the break to make sure your not on wild goose chase..you better fill her in on just what you do and can fix..its not going to work to well ..trust me ..you'lll be playing 3 person phone coversation....your better off having customer submitting bill after you have collected and left..a lot less grief!!
