Is anyone is using any Blackberry's or PDA's to submit there orders to the insurance companies. Or any portal devices to help complete repair order easier.
What are you using for your business number and fax? Iam currently using VOIP and forward my number to my cell phone when I am out on the road.

Onsite
I submit my orders when I get bact to the office, The claims are phone in to the ins company to get the approval, referance number, when I am with the customer.
I think that edirect has a satelite or cell claim processer that you could use to do the claims in the field.
No, I don't use a blackberry or PDA but I guess now a days you proably could if you had a wireless internet coverage
