Belron

So Belron has acquired Safelite....most of us have heard of Belron for quite some time now.

I wonder how this will affect those of us that have signed up with the networks? Actually Safelite has not called upon me in quite some time...even though I registered with them quite some time ago. They were always more of a problem rather than any help.

Any opinions?

I don't like safelite, but they do have the easiest invoicing.

The deal still has to be approved by the regulatory agencies.

I get Glass byte news on a daily basis...they had an article on Belron today.

Up here in Canada we have Speedy autoglass and Standard autoglass centers which are the big players but underneath the signs they are both the same ownership....BELRON.

Several months ago I took a interview with Safelite in Houston. I didn't want to work for them after hearing their offer.
I went there about 10:30 in the morning and all their repairmen had left and I noticed they had no less than twenty unmanned trucks left sitting in their parking lot.
Safelite has so much business they cannot handle it all.
I found many years ago that to much business was just as bad as not enough.:eusa_booh
