I have had one company try to steer them while i was on the phone (3 way) which was really weird its like they were reading off a script asking if they would like one of their preferred companies to do the work and the customer was like uh? I had already anounced my company name and told them I would be doing the work and then alowed the customer to give them their info. I remarked that she may not want to stear him due to federal law and she apologized saying she made a mistake she wasnt used to having the repair company call in with the customer.... happens everyday she was full of crap, So yea stearing can come at anytime and anyplace uh... EVIL INSURANCE COMPANIES!! j/k
