Kinda off topic, but if I may... I just dumped a car dealer because he would only pay $35 for the first two repairs and $40 for any & all additional. He was probably good for 5 windshields a month... was I foolish to stop doing twice-weekly checks of all his lot as he demanded? I didn't burn any bridges... but I think I can do fine without him... The other car dealers are also cheap... so I don't have any fleet accounts of that nature... I do have the power company etc that I do for $40/$10/$10/$10...
So, should I suck up my pride, lower my self worth and do it?

Re: Time to go!!!!!
I would stick to my own prices if my repairs are up to par.

First how can one owe tens of thousands in business loans for a WR company?
That aside i would start showing up once a week instead of the twice he demands then slowly be there twice a month and if he questions it look him right in the eye and tell him he doesnt give you enough business to justify that much time spent there car guys will take as much as they can get from you its important to remember who is in charge of your business and its not him
Then the stop is worth your time without losing a customer if he switches to a different vendor so be it. You are in an area similar to mine ski/tourist country not a lot of high volume auto dealers so if you want to make a living off them i would suggest adding a couple other things to what you offer making that call with one chip repair a $200 stop whether its PDR,Interior repair or paint repair the days of a guy doing just WR are limited adapt and succeed stagnate and fail. drive around all day making $35 here and $35 there put tons of time in the car seat wear and tear on the car and fill the tank everyday so you can make $30k a year or drive to 1 or 2 stops a day make $300 a stop and make $100k yr working 4 day weeks the only way to fail at this is not understand ones market and not adapt to fit it

Glassstarz is on the money(no pun intended)...in this business we need to re-evaluate and re-invent ourselves all the time or fall by the wayside..I would do what glassstarz said about that stop and ask yourself how important is he in your scheme of things...also don't forget a very important reality..HE WONT'T BE THERE FOREVER..used car mngrs sometimes change like underwear...there have been stops of mine that turned ugly with a new mngr...but I waited them out..and guess what in a very short time they were gone ..and new guy was like the guy was like the good guy and the stop turned out to be good..so you never know...wait and see what happens its easy to quit a stop and can be hard to get back in
