Moral of this story, Don't build a race track next to the dump, ( or coast), it's the migration path for Dumpducks, (crappy fowl/dumpbirds)
My best mentor one said " be fair with your priceing but never too low, be honest with your customer/competition, when the day is done be sure you have done "good works", and always leave something of value on the barganing table!!

This is not just any ordinary race track, it is an airport most likely in Europe. Look closely at the approach and runway center line markings which would certainly explains the bird strike. I have seen quite a few of these over the years. This did not look like to big of a clean up job as they can get real gruesome. I have never seen one from this perspective, actually looked good. Thanks for the post Jeff.

so for that one, id simply put a bit of pit fill in first, cure it, drill it to get a good seal and write out my invoice,
