rejected invoice!

hi

need a little info, isubmitted an invoice through edirect it shows that it went through (its green), but as i look in sgcnetwork it says theres an error.
so my qeustion is how do i resubmit the invoice through. i've been waiting for about a week and a half for the invoice to be shown rejected in edirect but till this day it still shows as everything is ok?.

Have you tried to call eDirectGlass tech support?

yes! they said wait till it gets rejected. its been a week and a half and im still waiting.. . .

guess a week more wont hurt.

Have you called SGC to see what the error is?

If you have, and don't get sufficient answers, email me privately with all the details of that invoice, and i'll call my SGC contact.

Interesting post regarding SGC.

I have an EDI that was forwarded to SGC at 9:15 AM on 4-10-07. It was not acknowledged on 4-11 nor has it shown up on the website today (4-12). I have emailed SGC and they say it has not been received by them. I also talked to eDirect who confirmed that it has been accepted at SGC.

What is the problem? eDirect or SGC?

Anyone else experiencing problems also?

What did eDG say when you told them that SGC (I love acronyms ;)) said it had not been received?

eDirect said that their records show that it was accepted.

I sent another email to SGC explaining that eDirect stated that it has been accepted. I then told SGC that I was considering sending my original invoice directly to the insurance company explaining the problem and requesting their assistance.

Howevr I got a reply at 6 AM 4-13 stating that my EDI had been received and billed on 4-12. It was explained that their system may be taking an extra day to update the status.

Incidents such as these do not reflect favorably upon any contractor. Perhaps the insurance companies should closely monitor their contractors to ensure expected performance standards are met.

So you're saying that SGC was a day late in updating the status?
